Credit should be given, where credit is due

I fell, iPhone in hand, and completely shattered it's practically indestructible glass back panel. Obviously, my world ended in that instant, but I digress.

I contacted Vodacom Repairs in Bloemfontein, and was transferred to a very friendly girl called Bernice Nell. It is such a rare thing these days to be greeted by a person that is both eloquent and friendly.

Bernice arranged for a courier to pick up my mobile, at no extra charge, from my office in Aliwal North. When she received my phone she promptly contacted me, as well as when it arrived in Johannesburg for repairs. I didn't even have to complete any tedious forms, because Bernice arranged everything with my insurance company.

This morning my phone was delivered before I had a chance to ring Bernice to ask for an update.

Bernice, I am very pleased with the standard of service which you have provided.
