My contract invoice was sky high. I phoned Vodacom to ask for my statement, they sent it through to me, and even called a few minutes later asking if I received it. I didn't understand what content services is on the statement and phoned them again, the guy was so helpful he explained to me in full and even de-registered me from the subscription. Thank You!!
