I posted a complaint on Hello Peter on the 6th July after attempts to contact the Cell C call centre failed. I received a reply stating that Sipho and the Network Dept would contact me. I did receive a call from a very arrogant Sipho who thought he was doing us a favour by helping us.By us, I mean my partner and I. The contract is on my name but my partner uses the phone. I received an e-mail from Sindiswa Radebe which did not amount to much. This was on the 10th of July. On the 17th July I received an e-mail from Bokang Mokoena with the reference number SD120489is. My partner filled in the forms and e-mailed it back. On the 29th July I once again posted on Hello Peter saying that the situation had not changed and that we received no feedback. I did not get a reply then. Surely this is not policy? Surely these are grounds on which I can cancel this contract? This is absolutely unacceptable. What am I paying R389 a month for? I want to explore options of cancelling this contract as this is purely a breach of contract on Cell C's part.
