I reported this same issue on the 31st July.
The Data signal disappears completely preventing any Internet Access.
On Sunday evening both Voice and Data went of until early evening Monday. Roughly 22 hours without ANY form of communication.
Since then the service can, at best, be described at intermittent.
This morning between 6am and 7am the connection was broken 4 times.
At 7am it went off completely until 7:45am. Neither my Router, SmartPhone or 3G modem could connect.
As a computer support person this is useless, remote support is impossible. Downloading patches and updates have to be restarted (wasting my data bundle)
From the 31st July to the 3rd of August I spent 1hour 57 minutes talking to Vodacom's "Customer Support". 2 hours of my life I'll never get back and all of it a complete waste of time.
Can you give me ONE good reason why I shouldn't request that you cancel my 3 data contracts and move to a better service provider?
