Telkom
I am billed 9 times my usual usage

Telkom is my bandwidth. I have never used more than 2 GBytes a month. Now suddenly I am told I am using 9 GBytes in 9 days! And Telkom does nor really care. Is it possible that a member of Telkom is using up my bandwidth? Happened before!
