I have had a 3G data bundle (750m) for the last 7 years with Vodacom, it has almost never exceeded the limit in this time. However for the last 4 months I have been receiving bills of R2000.00-R2500.00 per month for data!!!
So i proceeded to log enquiries with the data centre and was told that it is due to my Samsung tablet, I then took it to vodacom's vodaworld and their they tuned it and found nothing wrong, then I lodged a another query and was then told that it was microsoft updates after doing as the technician instructed and stopped all automatic updates.
Well guess what nothing has changed and it is the 7th day of August and my bundle has run out!!

I have been trying to talk to Data, accounts and the service centre for the last 4 weeks and no one can help me and they keep on shifting the problem to someone else and now there isn't even a query logged on the system!!

I have gotten hold of the switch board to the ceo's office and guess what??? I am not getting hold of anyone!! I've left countless messages at reception!!!

I am done trying to sort this now and have reversed my debit orders and will not pay any more for what is clearly a rip-off!!!

I m going to MTN!
