BAD Service leads to NO Service!

Ordered ADSL line late June, someone showed up and said this will be 2 - 3 days work. some weeks later with no one contacting me with ANY status updates and NO work being done, i started phoning in. one callcentre agent to the next (with different story's) I received a sms stating that there's no coverage in my area? I knew this was wrong as both my neighbours have ADSL with Telkom. I asked to speak to a manager of some kind and received Hans's number. as i thought this is just canceled due to the person in charge of doing the work wasn't in the mood and responded with the (no coverage story). it is now 2 weeks after speaking to Hans and suplying him with both neigbours tel nr's.. still no answers! he said this morning he is still investigating!!? my neigbour sent me the guy that installed theirs and within a hour i had all the answers! (thank you Henk) there was a pole in my yard few years back, it fell down, Telkom did a TEMPORARY REPAIR joining the 2 neighbours poles thus SKIPPING ME.. in order for me to get ADSL they need to re-plant my pole in the middle. and that is not in this year's budget! I'TS BEEN YEAR'S NOW.. WHEN WILL THEY BUDGET FOR IT? I work from home! please help!
