R3500 DATA ACCOUNT IN TWO WEEKS!!!

My MTN account runs from the 7th of each month to the 7th of the next month. On the 7th of July my account for the new month started and on the 20th of July, 13 days later, I had a R4500 account and my phone was CUT OFF.When I enquired this I was told to wait until I receive my official account on the 7th of August, before I can despute my account! After ten thousand phonecalls I finally got through to Mr Sylvester Loots in die credit control legal dpt that on the 8th assisted me. He assured me that a query was logged to the billing dept to investigate and I would have an answer within 2 weeks. I made it clear that I do not wish to receive a report that shows I downloaded 2 gigs of data on which ever date, I requested a detailed report showing WHAT I downloaded!! I never got a call or an email as promised. Again, on the 23rd of August after ten thousand phone calls I finally received an email from Musa Twala stating that I was billed correctly, and thats it. At one point the report shows I downloaded R2400 worh of data in ONE session, at night, while sleeping. Another R500 session 2 days earlier, again, while sleeping!! Still, NO DETAIL ON WHAT WAS DOWNLOADED. I AM FURIOUS, AND DESPERATE.
