Call logged by my son Ruan Muller on 6th Aug 2013:
In January this year, my phone was offline for the whole month. And now I'm experiencing the same problem. I am unable to make calls, sms's or use my internet. I've phoned customer services 5 times today, ive been to two vodashops, where they were also unable to assist with my problem. I need my phone for business purposes as i am on the road all day and need to access email.

I have asked for reference numbers but every time there is a different excuse. I think it is pathetic that i pay hundreds of rands for a non-existing service. This cant continue to happen. How is it possible that not even the people, highest up in the technical services department at vodaworld, have any idea what to do?

Im very disappointed in the quality of service and the time wasted attending to my problem.
If a sim swap, 7 new APN settings and everything else failed, then clearly there is a big problem. The Phone works fine with other simcards. So it has got to be a profile problem AGAIN?!

I am paying for this contract and request immediate reaction to this problem we have experienced before!!!
No service... no payment!!!
