Lack of response to an offline data service

On December 18th i upgraded my contract at my local voda shop. Recieved the new phone, which worked fine at first.
The internet was working and i was sending and receiving sms's/ phone calls. After charging the battery for 8 hours, the internet wasnt working again.

Have wasted more or less 3days of my time up till today by phoning vodacom, setting up new atp's, driving to vodaworld (where the can never give me a clear answer on the problem).. been recieving calls that my problem has been logged and will recieve a phone call within 24hours.. its been 4days.

phone has been checked over and over... MY simcard does not work in any other phones, but ANY other simcard works in my new phone..had to do a second sim swap, but now i cant even sms or phone from this number. Therfore there is a problem with my "profile" apparently.

I feel this is pathetic service, for this is almost been a month now. I had to buy another phone and sim to be able to keep up with clients and have contact with family.

Think it is pathetic that i still havent heard anything, and that i am paying a high amount of money for a service that i havent been able to use for almost a month.
