In March 2013 we purchased unlimited internet from the MTN store in Kloof, KZN. It is R299 per month, however, it is extremely slow and often does not work at all. We contacted the Kloof MTN branch, to inform them about the problem. They adviced on getting a booster to improve the speed of the internet. Eventually they gave us a number to phone to arrange delivery and installment of the booster. Unfortunately, no matter how many time we phoned they never arrived to install it. We called MTN to help us follow up on this problem and they were unhelpful and failed to return any of our phone calls. A year later our internet is still not working, MTN has still not helped solve this problem and no matter how many times we phone, they are unable to give us any helpful feedback. This is a two year contract, so every month we pay for a service that we are not fully receiving, yet MTN are getting their money! We are wasting our airtime, running after them, as countless calls have been made over the last year. This problem is affecting our business, as we work from home!
