Cant send sms'e from the network

Good day,

I seriously had it with 8ta, they say they do have coverage over JHB but so many times my phone just lost signal, cant phone cant message, this is soooooo frustrating. Secondly, I have loggend a call many times and phoned the call centre but no one gets back to you or knows what is going on, something silly like sending a sms, I cannot send a sms without restarting my phone first, if fails all the time, so when I want to send a text message I need to restart my phone, then I can send one, 30minutes later when I want to send another one it fails and I need to follow the same process, seriously, is it so difficult for someone to figure out what the problem is. I am so disappointed in your service so I will be moving to a different network, not that I think I will be getting any response from you, I just wanted to let you know you have no idea what client service is so thanks for nothing and wasting my time.
