I am a senior citizen and approached MTN in Somerset Mall, Somerset West to upgrade my Mobile Phone.
What luck to have a kind, charming and helpful consultant by the name of Timothy. With great humour he
gave so much time talking me through the new much smarter phone. Nothing was too much trouble and every question I asked, was answered patiently and thoroughly. What an asset he is to MTN and thank you Timothy.
