Another Cell C mess up?

Several weeks ago I signed a contract with Cell C but had to wait for credit clearance before taking delivery of my new phone. A few weeks later I received a sms (addressed to someone with different initials to me), notifying me that my account of R904.88 had been handed over for collection. I have no idea what this is about. I phoned the number listed and after being put on hold for several minutes, I left my number for them to contact me. I am still waiting to hear from both the collection agency and Cell C...
