A little over 2 weeks ago our phone lines stopped working, on countless occasions we have called and complained and every time I am told that they will send someone out> only once did someone come out all they did was listen the line and said they had to be somewhere else. I have had the problem sent to higher person but still no one else has come out... Does Telkom not value their paying customers support. I run an office from home and I shudder to think the amount of business I am loosing without a line. Can someone please come and fix the problem or is it time to change.
