Contract not giving the service as per sub agreement
I took out an sms contract for my home alarm system, for the first 2 weeks of each month ( - 3 months) I would not have any communication, according to MTN at the time I had to reboot my sim card I tried this a number of times and still ended up with the same situation. This continued for at least 3 months by the end of the second month I explained to MTN (the branch where I took out the contract) that I cannot continue like this as if my alarm was set off I would not know. I asked that they make a note on the system stating that should this happen again I would cancel the contract.
After the 4 time I went into the store and spoke to Mr. Clement Roberts telling him that I want to cancel this contract, he agreed and proceeded to fill in a cancellation which I have copies of and I was told that all will be taken care of and that I should not worry about anything. This happened on the 25/11/2012
Well to my disgust I was told that I had been black listed by MTN without any notification from MTN at all.
I have since spent many hours and spoke to many different people at MTN asking them for their assistance in this matter. No Joy as yet
