Keep passing you around and no supervisor responds

No internet connection. My company tracks vehicles and have phoned all morning for help. Keep being told supervisor will phone back and problem has been elevated. They lie. Don't phone. I keep asking for senior manager or Director number. Will not give to me. Still no internet connection and now 10h30. Nobody at Neotel cares.
