Can't unsubscribe for Vodafone Live

At some point many years ago when mobile internet was in its infancy I subscribed to Vodafone Live. I have been trying to unsubscribe for almost as long as I've been a subscriber. They currently hit me for R29 a month with a notification by SMS giving me instructions on how to unsubscribe. Unfortunately the unsubscribe web link doesn't work and never has. Seems like they must be in breach of CPA. Please contact me on 0823733664
