Contract expired but automatically renewed without

Good Morning
My contract expired in mid 2012 and i see that the contract was changed to another one and i have been paying R100 per month (which i do not have!). I expected the contract to expire- not to carry on without my approval or signature.
I would pelease like all moneys i have paid to be refunded. I do not use that number at all.
