Account handed over and no proof supplied

My Account was handed over to JM Attorneys. I requested a copy of the contract and the said invoices amounting to R5953.85 which are outstanding. JM attorneys only sent me their bill??? Cell c only sent me statements up to December 2010. These accounts were paid to date. Now a new amount was handed over and i am unable to get a copy of the contract or the invoices indicting how this amount was made up.
