I have called into the call centre 3 times 2 confirm why my 2gig data is not reflecting on the system and each time they made me believe it's active but cannot confirm what my balance is. Tonight I spoke to lady (Zandeka) who was the first to notice something wrong with my account. I am being billed incorrectly for out of bundle rates, even thou I have a 2gig data bundle active. My account is approaching R 800.00 which I cannot afford. Zandeka provided me with a reference number where someone will contact me and resolve my query. S3-TXH4J-JU0R9. I just want my account back to how it was before this whole nonsense and from your company. I have been a loyal vodacom customer, but will move all my accounts to another network soon if this is not resolved.
