I would like to express my anger and disgust at Telkom's service delivery and customer... or maybe that would be contradictory as Neither exists!

For the past 3 months my landline has been faulty, working sometimes and then not. Actually mostly not...

So, no landline, no ADSL... yet i am getting billed for the FULL service every month. How is that even possible when there's no services being rendered to me from them?! Daylight at its best!
