Nightmare cancelling TELKOM contract

I am Emigrating!

On giving my month's notice TELKOM refuses to cancel my landline as I have ADSL though MWEB.

They reckon MWEB needs to let them know before they will consider cancelling my landline, which is fair enough!!

BUT

the ADSL line has to be migrated back to TELKOM AFTER the month of MWEBs notice and then TELKOM expects ANOTHER month's notice for which we will be charged while we have LOOOOONG GONE left the country!! And a service we did not sign up for at TELKOM.

It is infuriating!!
