This is the response i gave the first time you asked for a job number and yet you have an excuse saying what you said as if the job number can fix my phone that HPVR, REPAIR CENTRE DAMAGED .

You can not begin to understand the frustration i am going through.
my old IMEI NR was 351503058173426 and the fault was the speaker and the input for the head phones.

The new IMEI 351503058227925 and this phone is worse the minute you take it out of the charger it switches of i was told to buy a new battery by a consultant which i did and it still switches off. To me it seems as if your technicians are guessing and have no clue as to how to fix my phone, and that is not my problem.

As for you being "sorry" that is not helping and i'm still without my 9900 BLACKBERRY
