Wrong amount deducted

I recently changed from my talk 1000 package to one of the new Red packages. As I was still under contract the call center explained there would be a R3000 payment Id have to do. I asked for a discounted rate as Ive been a very good customer since the mid 90's upon which a line manager very kindly agreed to give me 50% discount on the fee.
However this month they have charged me the full amount, which was not what was agreed apon.
Can someone please get back to me on this?
