I applied for a new line notebook deal in Feb '13 at MTN Rietfontein branch. Bank acc. details, date for monthly installments to be deducted by monthly debit orders & preferred means of receiving billing documents were provided, checked & rechecked, with the application approved in 1 x week.

MTN failed to deduct any debit order & when following up with Rietfontein Branch - I was consistently reassured to "relax" as it will be deducted next month as their data capturing is slow, with my line & notebook deal did not yet reflect on their systems. On 9 July 2013 Norman Bissitt & Associates (their Ref no: 42957137 // my acc no: A4525922) provided notice of my account handed over to them. Jemaine Bouwer (Op's Man @ Rietfontein Branch) confirmed that my account does not reflect on their systems & later confirmed that they mistakenly captured the wrong bank account number. She advised to pay the outstanding MTN fees once off & provided account number with ref no to do so.
Payment was made, with Norman Bissitt confirming later that these no's were incorrect - 5 different ref no later, no one knows whats going on with no debit order deducted yet -?!
