Vodacom Can't Do SMS's

I am in the very middle of the Greater Cape Town area (Observatory), yet I have *no reception at all* most of the time, resulting in endless frustration. A faulty website, broken promises of network upgrades and worse coverage than I have had in the middle of the Karoo... it is probably time for a change.
