I went in to vodacom mall@reds to swap my account that was on my mothers name to my name, asking so nicely to transfer my phone AND the laptop. When i saw the account balance is wrong i KNEW she made a mistake. Why promise the customer everything is done correctly when you cant do your work PROPERLY!! I'm sooo mad right now, because I have to sit with this of sorting out the account!!!
