Unable to receive calls, both wife and I

Since Thursday the 25th July both my wife and I are unable to receive 99% of the calls to our numbers. The callers claim that the phone just rings - but it actually never connects to our handsets. I have escalated to Vodacom, but as always, no resolution as yet. They did try and call me on my cell, but their is no answer? Surprise surprise, that is the problem!!! We are able to make calls from our handsets though, and the problem seems to be more around the Pretoria Silver Lakes area. PLEASE SORT IT OUT, you are in breach of your "acceptable service" policies you hide behind.
