In January 2013 I handed my Hauwei B683 modem in at MTN Clearwater because it kicked devices from the wi-fi constantly, I got a new device in March, by June 2013 the new device was giving me the same problem and I took it to the Cresta branch, within 3 weeks they supplied me with a new device. The new device wasn't supplied with a wi-fi key so I can not use it once again. I have been paying my monthly installments and haven't gotten anything for it. I am tired of going back and forth from the branch and they treat me like I don't know what I am talking about!
