I was contacted by the Rewards Company, a Vodacom appointed company last year to upgrade my contract. The first batch of cellphones supplied were non functional and I returned them. After a couple of months to have the upgrade reversed and after countless phone calls I was informed that I would receive my new Blackberry. The next day I received a SMS to say my phone was on back order. This was 6 December 2012. I have inquired on a weekly basis to follow up, no luck. Vodacom call centre is not in a postion to help me, the Rewards Company gives me a different story every time as it appears to be no track and trace and you have to recount the story every time to a new operator. No feedback at all from anybody!!
