My daughter spent 2 Sat urday mornings trying to sort out her phone for 7 hours. They did not fix it the first time so she had to come back.
No one tells you how long they will take, the queues are miles long with only 3 data specialists.
I have never encountered such poor service.
No network available and sending us up and down to repairs section on the other side of Eastgate and back to Customer care.
