After getting my upgrade on my data line in June, I submitted a compliment on here because of the consultant helping me in a very professional manner.

When my bill came however, it was almost double what it should be. After blood sweat and tears this was rectified,

I'm supposed to get 10GB 10GB Night surfer which I got last month. This month however I have not receive the Night Surfer and I have been using my main data without knowing it.

Thobogo from the call center said as far as he can see the upgrade was never done. The consultant at the store emailed me confirmation after upgrading and there was a mistake with my bill so it was done!

Thobogo said he will look into my account, but I'm still waiting. He didn't say he will call me back tomorrow or the day after, just that he will check and give me a call back. But as expected, nothing!

I want this resolved withing the next 48 hours. Load the Night Surfer and recalculate my data usage from the 1st. And be sure not to mess up my bill again while rectifying this!
