I had a party for my little one it was total bliss :-) i paid everything upfront way before the party would take place.
during the party i was presented with a bill of the thing that were added. the kids party packed should have had a branded juice and they were not inside the packs. I then called Sharon a few hours (25.05.2013) after the party to notify her what has happened she said that she will get back to me as her seniour is not around. on monday 27.05.2013 i called again to follow up and she came back to me to say she maybe send a driver to drop them off or will do an eft. seeing the week has passed and no response still, i then called i again on 3.06.2013 this is when she told me that she wont drink the juices and what is R105??? is this the kind of attitude from a service provider? i told her that is all unnecessary, all i could have appreciated was a phone call to let me know how far she is with the query and when is the turn around time.
