Service Down

Service down at least 5 times since moved into new address and have had no joy... They have not credited my account for down time they take at least 5 days to resolve. Call centre less than helpful and understanding less than adequate to resolve. No one talks to each other and Promises are never met!!! Absolutely shocking service!!!
