NO SERVICE AT ALL THESE PEOPLE WASTE TIME

I want to let MTN know that I am disgusted by the standard of service that MTN Kolonnade gives its customers. I bought a Hybrid Boostcase for my iPhone in January 2013. I paid R800 for this "high-quality" product, while other boost cases can be bought for half this amount in other places. After about 3 months it stopped working/charging. I took it back because the manual stated that it was under a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I was sure that since the boost case was still fairly new we surely wouldn't have any issues getting it fixed or replaced. We went to the MTN shop about 3 times, each time getting the same answer from different personnel, saying that we would get a callback within a day or two to let us know when they receive new stock in order to replace my faulty one. After not receiving ANY feedback, we attempted calling in to hear what was going on. Since the first visit (probably around May 2013) MTN WAS PROMISING US ANOTHER ONE, LATER A REFUND AND ON THE END THEY TOLD US NOT TO DO ANYTHING AT ALL... SO BETTER DONT BUY ANY ACCESSORIES AT MTN THERE IS NO SERVICE
