Not trained on promotion

I recently bought five promotion vouchers relating Boost smoothies. When I wanted to use the third voucher I was informed that the voucher had already been used. I was sure that it wasn't yet, and checked again that the voucher was still active, which it was. I wasted my lunch time with incompetent, ill-trained staff at Boost and have nothing to show for it. I was told to come back at another time. Boost should make sure that their staff are trained to deal with promotions, no use to run promotion if you company is going to earn a poor reputation from it.
