Failure to resolve customer complaint

Upgraded contract was not implemented on time. Although my complaints were responded to I still had to wait an additional month with less data than I anticipated and they deducted more than I used to pay through direct debit. I therefore paid 3X more for half the data i bargained on.
Up to date i still don't know whether i am on the new data plan, as the My Account page, where you are supposed to monitor your data usage, still shows that i am on the old contract.
I have lost functionality of applications and security issues due to upgrades that could not be done and am still not sure what my contract status is.
Mweb, please put as much effort into keeping your existing customers satisfied, as you do into getting new business.
