SUCH POOR SERVICE and a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Good day
I have had the worst experience ever with MTN with regard to my debit order for my cellphone contract. I emailed all my details specifying the contract i would like for both my lines in December 2012. I got a response stating what my monthly payment will be per line and ever since January 2013 MTN has been deducting amounts off my bank account that does not even correspond to the contract agreement, i do know however that the first month you pay pro rata fees, i recieved my phones in december and pro rata fees was deducted in FEBRUARY only, no answer was given to me as to why it was deducted so late. I phoned in yesterday and spoke to Mandy and she said she will get back to me asap as the debit this month was even more than the past two months, i however must now let MTN take off debits thats so high, money that i have worked so hard for.

With regard to my previous encounter with MTN, the service that i am receiving NOW IS UTTERLY DISGUISTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL, to make so much mistakes over the months and not correcting it is beyond explanation. I DONT EVER WANT TO DEAL WITH MTN after my contract expires, i'll find a other service provider PERIOD...
