I used to support MTN greatly up till now. MTN is an absolute dissappointment- they refuse to accept their faults- they're always refering you to another department to lodge a complaint or anything anything at all. i called them to rectify their the amount they debited off my account. instead they tell me all sorts of things. i cancelled the few contracts i had with them and unfortunately still have a few more- if its not their handsets having problems, its their network- if not that the billing issues. ive had it with MTN.
