Technician not turning up

Bookings was made and confirmed for new line installation on 2 different days now.

After waiting the whole day, for 2 different days, no technician is piching up.

Phoned the call centre only to be told that no technician will be comming out due to line problems in the area. Why don't they let u know?

Telkom is useless. No wonder the cellphone companies are making it big time.
