Non Cancellation of Debit Orde

Our contract was stopped in February although Nashua mobile kept on with the debit order, when we informed them they said they will refund us, but it has now been 5 months that we are struggling to get our money back.

They keep saying that they need authorisation for the refund but that's where it stops.

They are white collar criminals, cause they know we are limited in what we can really do about this.

Shocking!! Will never do business with them ever again!
