Unauthorised payment taken & bad service rendered

I got a call from MTN selling me a 2G dongle, I opted in. They told me that they would have to do a check on eligibility, a day later I received a message saying I did not qualify. service provider. Then days later I got another call from MTN asking me to confirm a delivery address for the dongle, I then explained that I received a text message saying I didn't qualify and I was no longer interested in the service, they then apologised and said the text message was sent out in error. I then said well that was too bad I don't need it anymore. Then in the same week I get a call from a courier company appointed by MTN to deliver the dongle, I never accepted it. Then I called MTN again to advise them about the attempted courier and they said they were not sure why the courier was sent out to deliver but they assured me the service was cancelled and no money was to be debited from my account. yesterday when the funds was actually taken from my bank account. I'm angry, upset and out of pocket with a service I was never even rendered in the first place! Wasting so much of my time and effort!!
