False Advertising

Bought closed data contract and it was explained to me by the sales person that after a certain usage it would stop and I could top up but in actual fact it was an open contract and I received a bill over R3000. After disputing this I paid the amount due reluctantly. To my horror 1 year later I find they blacklisted me.
