Referring someone to cell c was a bad mistake

I am so disappointed in cell c, I took out a contract with them and I had excellent service! I then referred my sister to the network and the nightmare began. First due to a software failure they declined the "obf". The phone was received only after almost a month and a half after the initial purchase. The latest is now she only received 200mb of the initial contract offer I then called the customer service line spoke to ayanda to be told to contact the cell c store because there system only reflects 200 mb of data and not the fill 1.2 G! She then called the store just to be told it does reflect 1.2G on there side and wasn't sure why customer service reflected 200mb! The reference 13080200043014, her cellphone 0742027937. I am extremely disappointed in the services she has received after I referred her as a new customer! Is this what you have to pay for or let alone tolerate? Do you always breach your contracts and give such bad service to every one!
