I would appreciate urgent response to a huge billing issue, i being double billed on two seperate accounts for the tel plus other issues. I am so frustrated I have spent hours on the phone to the call center as well as email to staff who said they can help me. I have had no success. I have been in twice to your telkom shops. I need urgent assistance as I feel it is unfair and immoral to charge me and make me pay for an incorrect account.
