Why am i still being debited?

I took cellphone contracts 2011 mid May. Those contracts were due for upgrade and i chose not to upgrade. Now i shuld not be paying for those contracts but to my suprise MTN is still debiting my account inclusive of the paid up contracts. Before i order a reversal please someone tell me why T.F has the debit amount NOT changed and what you plan to do with the money u debited from my account that you were not supposed to.
