I noticed on my account on the 6th of May 2013, I rushed immediately to the bank and was sent to enquiries, the consultant was fantastic, putting my mind at ease, cancelling and re issuing a card for me, I was then ushered to a cubicle to phone the department, this was timeously answered and the consultant who answered the phone asked me a few questions, then proceeds to tell me there is no on my account, my balance is even more than I say it should be, she asked me when I last received money into this account and I told her the week before for a certain amount, she then asked me why would my money be less than that then? I said because I spent some money?? At first I thought this was like random questions to check my claim, and was feeling very confused and shaken up. I then passed the phone to my husband who continued the conversation, the consultant was arguing about the balance in my account, I eventually had to go and call the lady that first helped us in the branch and she explained to the consultant that she had just printed us a statement and that the balance was in fact what we were telling her. I was promised feedback in 2-3 days, no feedback as yet.
