This is the 2nd time I am complaining about the SAME issue!!! I phoned a couple of times with regards to cancelling my contract. Case number 6000198 was given to me on the 28th of May 2013. Then they still deducted money of my account at end of June. I complaint on hellopeter and this is the response I received on the 3rd of July... I quote: "Good day, Your recent update to Hello Peter refers. I have ceased service number 0812695096 with immediate effect and arranged that the penalty fee of R800.00 be reversed." So, I then believed them (Biggest mistake ever), only to find that they deducted money of my account AGAIN at the end of July!!! Are you bladie serious??? This is sooo bladie disappointing seeing that I am still with telkom on a different account and need to pay that as well!! You leave me no choice but to take Legal action against you!!! This is totally unacceptable... You guys should be ashamed of your poor service!!!
