I have had issues with 8ta on previous occasions as well. This time I decided to cancel my contract. I phoned them and they explained the procedure and then made a case with number. A technician was then send to my house SEVERAL weeks later.By that time I already installed a ADSL line. (with telkom as well) They said if they cant solve my problem, my contract can be cancelled free of charge. I then phoned 3-4 TIMES to cancel my contract!!! Every-time they say the will come back to me and they will take up this matter with their manager. This was at the beginning of the month. I warned them, that if they deduct any money of my account at the end of the month, their will be trouble!! and guess what happened??? Money was deducted of my account!!! I demand that my money WILL be refunded to me!!! I will take this matter much further!!! this is bladie ridiculous!!!
